Notes

Classified as a symbiotic candidate in SIMBAD (Wenger et al., 2000) with reference to Smith (1968). However, the mentioned article lists the star as a Be? object. It has also been classified as a WR star by Roberts (1962), a possible T Tau star by Henize (1976), and an M-type star with emission lines by Sanduleak & Stephenson (1973). Pereira et al. (2003) identified the star as an M supergiant (M0-M1 I).
