While SIMBAD (Wenger et al., 2000) identifies NSV 11749 at the specified coordinates, the identification is incorrect. NSV 11749 is a known symbiotic binary rediscovered by the IPHAS survey, but IRAS 19050+0001 has not been proposed as a symbiotic binary. Akras et al. (2019) lists IRAS 19050+0001 as a confirmed symbiotic star, although its coordinates slightly deviate from the specified position. The GCVS number 11749 is also associated with this star, as indicated by Kwok et al. (1997). Merc et al. (2021) confirmed IRAS 19050+0001 as a single Mira variable pulsating with a period of 414.9 days.
