Notes

High excitation and electron density was reported by Swings (1973), with the stellar appearance mentioned in Sanduleak & Stephenson (1973). Later, the object was classified as a symbiotic system, and it is surrounded by a "crab"-shaped nebula, as observed in studies such as Schwarz et al. (1989) and Corradi & Schwarz (1993).
